01 Agreement to Terms

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing digital assets on WebCraftly (the "Platform", "Service"), operated at https://www.webcraftly.site, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and our related policies.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

02 Nature of Digital Goods

WebCraftly distributes downloadable digital products, including but not limited to: interactive PDF workbooks, spreadsheet financial models, development boilerplates, UI component libraries, and creative toolkits.

Upon successful checkout verification through our payment processor, digital assets are fulfilled immediately via browser download and encrypted delivery to your registered email address.

03 Licensing Rights & Restrictions

Every digital product on WebCraftly is granted under specific license tiers:

• Standard Personal License: Grants a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide right to download, read, and use the resource for personal education, family wellness, or private reference.
• Commercial / Consulting License: Grants permission to incorporate models and frameworks into client advisory, business operations, and agency consulting engagements.
• Strict Prohibition on Resale: You may not sublicense, redistribute, repackage, resell, or publicly host raw product files, source templates, or unauthorized forks on torrent, file-sharing, or competitor platforms. Violations trigger automated DMCA takedown and statutory copyright claims.

04 Pricing, Currency & Payments

All marketplace catalog prices are designated and billed strictly in United States Dollars (USD, $).

Payments are securely collected through accredited payment gateways, primarily Razorpay. For international customers from India or overseas jurisdictions, dynamic payment rails (such as local UPI or international credit cards) may calculate applicable foreign exchange conversion at real-time gateway rates without additional platform surcharge.

05 Intellectual Property

All original graphics, branding, trade dress, website layout, copywriting, and software systems are the exclusive intellectual property of WebCraftly and its vetted collective creators. Nothing in these Terms transfers copyright ownership of the core creations to the buyer.

06 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WebCraftly and its contributing creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use any digital product.
